The work undertaken was for a high profile media company and consisted of a series of modern office spaces with a free standing curved vending area.
We worked very closely with the designers to develop conceptual designs into constructional details and solutions. The offices required dry lined beams over glazed areas and an approach was developed to construct the beams to stop them deflecting and putting pressure on the glass. The vending area consisted of a curved inclining independent wall lining and a freestanding partition, connected together with a curved beam inclining and increasing in size throughout its length.
A technically challenging project constructed to a high standard and tight tolerances and an excellent example of what can be achieved with dry lining and an imaginative design.
